Brad Berard, Diana Witt, and Andy joined me on the Big Bluewave. We made it to the honey hole, and in no time Brad was reeling in a nice 24 inch red. Within minutes Brad was reeling in a 17 inch trout, we were off to a good start!! One by one the reds filled up the K2. The action never got hot & heavy, but it was steady. We filled the crews limit of reds and added a few trout, flounder, and some bay snapper. With the K2 stuffed and unable to close the lid, it was dock time!! Green Hornet Matrix Shad tipped with a small piece of bait shrimp did all the damage on today's trip. Thanks guys for such a enjoyable day!!
Big thanks to Capt Lonnie Barr for taking care of Eric Alfonso's crew. The guys had a blast catching trout today.
