I'll be more literal, I've had 3 tundra's in 15 years. All traded in with 250k+ miles in perfect running condition.
In the same time span, my friend has been through 2 Silverado's, 1 GMC, and 3 F-150's. All traded in because of mechanical, physical, or electrical problems. He has been in a rental car more than his own vehicles due to manufacturer defects

In the last 15 years I've had
1 dodge 1500
1 Ford F-150
1 Nissan Frontier
1 Toyota 4 Runner
1 GMC Sierra 1500
Put about 60,000 miles on all of them
The only problem I had was the AC went out in the Frontier ( I bought it used and it had over 75,000 miles), I don't know what people are doing to have such bad luck with vehicles, mine have all treated me really me (Knock on wood) really well. If you've ever heard the expression "they don't make them like they use too" that statement is 100% correct, they make them 10 times better now.
