Nobody cares about the rights of the people that don't like smoking, do they?
I'm mixed on it honestly. I see the argument of it should be the business owners right, but this could very easily be argued as a public health issue. Non-smokers are just as likely to get lung cancer because of cigarette smoke as a smoker is. So if you spin this as a public health issue, is it any different than requiring a restaurant to maintain certain health standards? I mean, no one ever argues that Darrell's or Kyoto's should be able to do whatever they want in their kitchen, because it's a health issue.
