Simple fix!!!! Make it a private club. Lifetime membership is $1.00. If it's a private club it will be exempt. Nothing non smokers or smokers can do about it.
Going to a bar when you know there will be smoke then whining about it later is like shooting a handgun without ear plugs then whining because your ears are ringing. You knew what would happen yet you made the decision to do it anyway.

ordinance, which goes into effect in 90 days, applies to bars, casinos, parks, private clubs, any business establishment, recreational areas, sports arenas, theaters, and a host of other places.
