CCA LA is not a distinct organization from CCA TX.
They maintain separate web sites to enhance fund raising and obfuscate the fact that most of the $$$ is going back to TX to pay for salaries and conservation projects there. Depending on the year, 1/3 to 1/4 of their revenue is raised in LA, but most years, 80-90% of the money is spent in TX.
