If the winds are light enough to have 1-2ft seas or less in the 0-20 nm offshore forcast (assuming it is accurate

) then you will be able to make it out Calc. Pass in spite of the tide phase if you exit the pass through the cut out in the jetty (about 150yds from the end of the rocks). It might be a little rough but in a 22ft. boat you will be fine. I find that the worst seas will be at the end of the jetty and out a couple of hundred yards on an outgoing tide. You will find steep faced waves as well as standing waves. If the wind is strong enough from the south to make the cut-out impassable then you will likely not be able to run in/fish in the seas at the rigs. JME....YMMV
