Had an awesome day on big lake Tuesday. My buddy from Toledo Bend came down and we were at the spot before daylight. With a mix of live shrimp and plastics we had our limit of trout by 9:15 and 30 minutes of that time was spent sitting out a rain storm. We saw a water spout, a rainbow and the pink dolphin as we were fishing... So after a 15 minute debate on whether to roll it up and head home or go try something different, we decided to try the flounder. First place was a zero... Second place we found them stacked up and hungry. We were off the water by 2 with both out limits of trout and flounder.. Awesome time.
