eman - You aren't required to move to the shoulder to let someone pass. The info above is only when there is more than one lane travelling in the same direction. However, most Texans do move to the shoulder to let faster traffic pass out of courtesy. |
Good info Shad. Thanks for clarifying. Wish LA would follow suit on that one. We got some people over here that have no business being behind the wheel. Another law I like is the one I've seen posted in MS where semis have to stay in the right lane. How many times have you gotten behind two of them side by side for 20 miles. Can you say road rage?????????????
