Living in Pensacola makes it a challenge to keep stocked up on it.
When I hear a buddy is traveling from Texas / Lafayette areas to here, I order 40 pounds, pre-pay, and have it ready to ship. They simply walk in, state my name, and walk out with the product.
5 hours later. I am stocked for awhile.
I also get two bowls of hogs head cheese as well
