Really depends on how thick the fish is. I target them a lot, and I've have ones in the 40 inch range go anywhere from 30lbs to 42lbs. That said, I find that the ones on the western half of the state tend to not be as thick and heavy as the ones on the east half of the state. I had one at 38" and it weighed 28 lbs
if I had to judge by average I would say 1lb per inch then subtract 10 lbs and you gonna be pretty damn close to spot on
