I don't buy into it either Salty, I personally have done the best on Bayou Chubs where I fish (Cocodrie/Dularge) and the few times I've fished Big lake we've caught on Sand Eels. But, I'll admit, I've never thrown a chub in Big Lake. I agree with you though, fish are fish, where ever you go. I wasn't trying to say they wouldn't work over there or down talk em'.
