I watched tonight's episode where Sean Penn was interviewed by Charlie Rose about his interview with El Chapo. Wow, either Penn's brain is scrambled from drug use or he's "not the sharpest knife in the drawer". Now I know why he thought Hugo Chavez was a genius.
