Everyone's been known to be ultra conservative, or occasionally off on their fish measurements. I've been told "They" allow for some "shrinkage" or slight miscalculations, be it trout or Bull reds. It's all good bro !! BTW...ain't married, too many available women begging for...Ahhh.
