A few weeks ago I picked up a package of Lady Cream Peas and finally got around to cooking them yesterday. Never cooked these before but I like them. Sort of a flavor between black eye peas white beans.
I cooked these with diced ham and tasso.
For sides I had spinach with onions boiled eggs added.
These were sirloin pork chops grilled and finished with a pineapple hananero glaze.
Time to eat!
Not too bad!!!
