Has anyone else run into this problem with the above unit. The transducer is mounted approx. 1/2"above the bottom of the boat. The graph loses depth
reading at approx. 7mph. Humminbird says the transducer should be mounted below the bottom of the boat which would mean fishing Toledo & most lakes around central & S La. you will break it off going over a stomp.
If you've had this problem & found a resolution please let me know.
