Here I was, minding my own business, fishing by my lonesome, when all of I sudden I hear Mario Andretti screaming in at 90mph on the water. Guess "W"ho? Yup, he potlicked the heck outta me. Would have been more fitting with AC/DC's Back in Black screaming over a PA system.
Caught my limit pretty early on using my old faithful (popper)- then caught and released at least another limit on jerk jr's and deadly dudleys. Glow/Chartreuse was the ticket. Left em biting around 10:15ish as I had to take a conference call at the boat ramp.
Started off in Turner's but so did every other boat so I headed south once the sun came up. Was an absolute beautiful day on the water. Little to no breeze, water was flat as glass, and fish were everywhere - oh yeah, so was "W". No one is safe from him and that new rig.
