May 9 thru May 12 Pecan Island
Rock and Roll fishing mostly with live shrimp. Weather was windy, water muddy to brownish, and again ...Very Windy.
Beach was out ....water 100% chocolate and rough.
Had a couple visitors....my brother and step-dad. They did pretty good considering conditions. Fished 3 out of 4 days.
Had to release a dozen 11-1/2" Rats on 5/12/17 + also lost a couple Bulls because landing net blew out of the boat
and you know... anchor ropes, "Newbies" ...
