Last week when Cindy was coming I said that following Saturday could likely be better fishing then the next due to fresh water coming down the river channel. The High Tides Cindy pushed in sure helped with the salinity. Well I sure didn't think it would be a normal summertime thunderstorm that would dump almost 10" of rain more than a week later. Water was finally getting better and going by the pictures and fishing reports so was the fishing. Now the Salinity is falling like a rock. I sure hope it flushes out soon and we don't get anymore rain. After today on vacation and want to catch some yellow mouths!! May have to work a little harder.
