The tickets issued by camera are not criminal they are civil. won't go on your record or insurance.
that being said , If you don't pay them they will be turned over for collection and go on your credit report as a non payment.
Here's the kicker, In louisiana when you have bills turned over for collection and don't pay on ( SOME) collections they can sieze any professional license you have also any hunting and/or fishing license.
pretty much any license issued by the state.
This may apply only to Government collections but since part of these fines does go to parish and / or city gov. This may be worth checking into b4 not paying a fine.
