Default Christmas Traditions

Let's hear some of your families traditions. Other than the trees, decorations, gifts, etc. We bake a cake and sing happy birthday to Jesus every year. Been doing it over 30 years. Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.

My tradition is not nearly as good as yours, but I traditionally gain 15 pounds between 12/20-12/26 every year and this year is no exception. Then I talk for a week about how I'm going to start a diet on January 1st, and I usually do around April 1st.

We're still trying to establish our traditions in my family. With everyone so scattered out and insane schedules, we can't have a big family dinner and such.

We had my dad with us today which, with his recent heart attack, we loved the fact that he is still here and healthy!

One thing I think I will keep from this year for years to come is taking time off work to relax! I'm still in my pj's which is real nice as well!!

Christmas Eve Mass will definitely be a stayer as well!

Glad your dad is doing good. Prayed for him. Glad prayers were answered. I know you are.

I remember those who prayed for him. I felt the power of those prayers and I have witnessed, with eyes wide open, the result of those prayers. I will never forget those who prayed for him.

I've contemplated showing him that thread but haven't yet. Not sure why, just haven't.
