Toledo Bend Cold Weather Striper Fishing
New to the area, wondering if Striper and Cat fishing is any good at toledo area during cold weather.
What to use, maybe some general locations / areas to look for, (Dont have a boat, restricted to shore) Not trying to get anyones hot / secret spots, just some general info. Thanks
