Calling all gator hunters

HOUMA — Calling all experienced alligator hunters. A reality series will hold a casting call in Houma April 8-10 searching for professional alligator hunters who are interested in heading overseas to catch "monster crocodiles." The time location will be announced later.

Herd Records Inc. Productions, directors and executive producers of the series, will be doing the casting. To sign up, visit cajuncrochunters@wordpress.com. You should provide a short description of yourself and your hunting experience, along with a phone number, mailing address and e-mail address.

The cast will be chosen based on skill, experience, personality or adventurous spirit. Audition interviews will be filmed for possible use in the first two episodes of the 10-part series.

Winners will be chosen after six weeks of challenges. The overseas challenge will have a cash prize. You must be available to film overseas between May 15 and June 25.
