Well 430 am I just put the smoker on 215 put 1 brisket 2 big pork butts 4 slabs baby backs and 5 lbs deer sausage in the smoker with some cherry wood been seasoned since we'd. It's me and my wifes 15 year Ann tommorow I figure friends and family today me and her tonight and tommorow was going fishing but had back injections yesterday and came to the conclusion surgery is next.been up all night hurting and dreading this day but tired of being like I'm eighty years old.I will have pics thru the day and if y'all haven't told y'all kids u love them tell them e every day my son lost his best friend Sunday here in lake Arthur in a wreak no seat belt.
