Default Advice on brushing a blind

Aight, 1st off lemme say that this blind is rocking a gangster lean and seems way too tall. It also isn't finished, gonna go straighten it out on LSU's bye week. Now that we have that out of the way, lemme ask you this: Do you think the natural vegetation around it will die when the winter weather gets here?

A buddy of mine thinks yes, I think no, and no one can really give me a 100% answer. I'm sure someone on here has hunted some freshwater lakes with this in it somewhere. The background plant is kind of like switch cane and the front plants are similar to the greenery around cat tails.

Simply want to know if I should focus on the tan color of dead grass like the marsh or focus on the green of whats there now. Going to be relying on the natural brush a good bit to conceal this monster of a blind.

ETA: this pic was taken with an old phone, sorry for the quality. I didn't think about this until recently and if I would have known I would have brought my phone out there to get a better pic.
