I would. Even though your motor is new. A TM is alot easier than paddling if something happens

I got the same engine.....so far it has been great.

The engine "break-in" was a pain, but allowed me to cruse the Calcasieu river some and see how it has changed with lots of new camps.

A boat without a trolling motor? Hard to perch jerk without one. Nice boat I had an alweld 1448 for a while regret selling it. I like how yours has the aluminum over the ribs and floors.

I'm about to purchase the same rig setup with a 70lb riptide, hummingbird graph, jackplate, s/s prop. Will be ready to roll. I especially like the torsion axles on the new magic tilt trailers. I will have to learn to post pics before i get it. I can wait!!!!!!
