Default Grilled Fish And Hasselback Potatoes

I got home from work this evening and lit the Keg to do some fish Grillin'.
I put the potatoes on first since they would take longer to cook. I'm doing hasselback potatoes with some garlic butter mixture I had left from the oysters I did last weekend.
Of course with these high heat temps we're having lately one MUST remain properly hydrated. A nice cold Fat Tire seemed to be the appropriate liquid of choice tonight.

Swordfish and halibut steaks grilled and just about ready to come off.

Steamed veggies, grilled fish and fantastic hasselback potatoes made for and excellent meal!
