Monday's Red Beans and Rice with Grilled Alligator Sausage
Well, the title pretty much sums up this post. Today is Monday so the usual red beans were for dinner but I decided to grill some alligator sausage to go along with the meal.
I also grilled a little spatched cornish hen seasoned with my Wild Citrus rub.  Some fish shaped corn bread to shake things up a bit. Lol....  Pretty good meal if I may say so!!!
