Spay any dog that is not used for preformance events ie; hunt test or field trials. There are too many good breedings to choose from with knowledgeable breeders to BYB any litter. There is some bad **** genetically that has been discovered in the last few years.
The easiest analogy would be each of our professions: most of us know what we are doing in our jobs and are competent. We get compentcy and skills through education and experience. Guides,Doctors,Lawyers,Contractors,CPA's, all learn their craft and the good ones make money and the bad ones go out of business. Now, why would I want to buy a 10-15 year investment from someone who knows absolutely nothing about breeding animals??????? Just because there are alphabets infront of the great-great-great grand daddy doesn't mean ****. Pedigrees are only as good as the preformance of the last generation not twenty years back.
