They had this on Yahoo yesterday. That place is unreal!

You should have seen all the comments down at the bottom about how they should make it a homeless shelter and how he should never have spent that much money on himself....Yada, Yada, Yada. It would gag a maggot with the crap they were talking.

Anyway, they report said that the taxes alone would be between 1.45 million and 1.75 million per year and the upkeep on the premises would be about the same! WOW!

Apparently, he's a timeshare guru. When the recession hit, he had a choice to make. It was either downsize, laying off hundreds of employees or let the house go. He opted to let the house go. He made a good selfless decision in my opinion.
