WMA question

This will be my first year attempting to hunt Ducks on a few WMAs from time to time. My question is do you need that extra $15 WMA fee for duck hunting or is it just for certian WMAs and other kinds of hunting? Thanks in advance for the help.

think its for all WMA's

you need it to hunt on any wma, for any kind of game.

YES!!! I got a ticket for not having one about 9 years ago. I got the ticket reduced and it was still around $275.

you need it for WMA's (State) but not for a Wildlife Refuge (Federal)

Be prepared to deal with a bunch of a holes. People will hunt 10 feet from you and think nothing of it. Good luck and buy a good bullet proof vest.

Only if you are hunting......ie. have a gun in the woods or on the water.

You don't need the WMA hunting permit to go scouting or fishing.
