I say tweaker! Reason 1: It would take several sleepless days to accomplish this. Reason 2: You know tweakers are always wanting to look out a window but are too paranoid to open the curtains themselves!

Surely a bunch of engineering students!!!!!!!! That is what most engineers that I work with do for fun, except Josh C!!!!!!!! It just like to blast stuff!!!!!

couldnt be a tweaker though. their video camera wouldnt work they would have already taken it apart and broke it trying to put it back together..
