I use to catch, clean and eat them every spring during the gafftop run on the piers.
I really just got tired of cleaning those slimy things.........
But they are great eating.........better than those slimy trout.

If any of you Texans are reading..We have a Gaftop run all summer long at Stall #8... Feeding time is around 12pm-1pm every other 7 days!

cane pole will work and you can doulbe rig treble hooks! Bait is free
