check out these videos my buddy from cali sent me . he is a beast! check em out i just saw him for the first time in 5 yrs last month in new orleans at the bellator fighting championships dude has blown up!

i like how they use a 25lb weight as the largest weight. This keeps the weight closer to the ground and keeps them from getting max leverage as one would with a larger 45lb plate. This truly test there core strength.

thats strong......once upon a time I used to strength train but 13 years putting iron up has me with back problems now.
