Default another shot to quit smoking

well, here's my next try at quitting smoking. Stopped at the gas station after school and saw this for 8 bucks. supposedly it's 500 pulls / 2 packs of smokes...and i've read good reviews about this. Unlike other e cigs, this does not need a charger or cartridges. just buy it, use it, throw it away, buy another one. i dunno, gonna give it a shot after my last cig.

this would be a great alternative for those pesky times offshore, where designated areas are enforced big time

BBQ sunflower seeds did it for me. Plus wanting to be a Godfather, and not an uncle who constantly smells of smoke.

i got this at the SHELL STATION when i went buy a pack of marlboro lights...go figure...but i think any tobacco store would have it. i 've always wanted to try ecigs, but finding a reliable distributor of a CERTAIN BRAND is hard to come by. This seems to be "hot"right now...plus alot of places would carry this first if they carried ecigs at all...

comes in the menthol(green) and full flavor (red)...but they ran out of fullflavor, not really a menthol guy but this aint too bad, kinda like a breath mint...lol

fosho...it definitely gives you your fix, press the button , it lights up(the green lights that is) and take a couple drags and you get your nicotine fix. like i said, gonna try it hardcore when i finish my last marlboro. uploading a vid....

You can do it bro.....keep your mind on track and it's just a thing. When I was quiting dipping and would get the urge I would just tell myself that I am not going to let some little can (or in your case a pack of cigs) control my life.

I run this show not nicotine. You can do this.....stay strong....get mad at it if you have too.....

aw yeah, most definitely....i notice the most in the gym. sucks to be constantlly heaving for air and hocking lugy's in the process. if this helps cut 15 cigarettes a day, it did it's job.not too mention the fricken chokehold tobacco puts on your wallet....GAAHHHHDAYMN:

I'd be leery of those things that mimic the act of smoking. The only two times I've quit for over 2 years, I had to break all my habits that went along with smoking. I had to find something else to do after eating, a different routine when I woke up, couldn't shoot the **** at the smoking area, etc.

It seems like a fake cigarette doesn't let you make the permanent changes you might need to quit for good.

I had to be totally sick of smelling like smoke and tired of worrying if I had enough smokes to last me the rest of the day (like a friggin heroin junkie), before I could quit. I felt like quitting was 90% mental, and when I was finally sick of it I was able to do it. I also used Wellbutrin the first time and Chantix the second (3+ years now).

its basically nicotine being vaporized (into water vapors) and you inhale this.almost the same as a real cigarette, minus the tar, tobacco, and all the other crud that goes along with. Nicotine, is a stimulant, just like caffeine, so moderation is key....

eventually i plan to ween off of this and not smoke at all(unless its that maui/wowi lol.)

for anybody that ever tried to quit, you know how bad the withdrawals are. this alleviates that, and i can already take deep breaths in and out without coughing up a lugy
