Camp in Venice
Realistically, what would I be looking at spending on a houseboat in one of the marina slips down there?
Basically what I'm asking is... do any of you have a place down there? and how much do you have invested in said place? Trying to just get a ball park figure. I don't have a houseboat.. would have to purchase one or build one. what do you guys recommend? not sold on the houseboat idea.. other suggestions are welcome. TIA
