wow just found this statistic
Consider this: In 1983, when size limits were not yet instituted and the limit was 50 fish per person, anglers caught 2.5 million redfish averaging only 1.63 Ibs. per fish. Between 1987-1992, five years under current regulations, anglers boated 2.2 million redfish. But here’s the clincher: the average fish weighed four pounds |

cant go wrong with a berkley gulp. I prefer the curltails over all of them. Saltwater Assasin makes many good colors but u can catch only one fish maybe two per bait. Get u some gulps with some ribbed jigheads. They stay on a lot better and last longer than a regular barbed jighead. So many tournaments anglers are using a cork and a gulp. LIKE CRACK!! I promise
