Headed to Prien for afternoon

I'm about to leave Lafayette, should be launching around 2pm. I'll have my 9 yr old with me who has yet to catch a saltwater fish.

I went two days ago with my 13 yr old nephew...we did not have a bite all day until 5 minutes after his mom called to say they were almost at the launch to pick him up and bring him back to Houston. Then caught two secs and had to drag up.

I plan on fishing 1/8 oz jig heads with glow/cart sand eel jrs, also have some tsunami swim baits, and some shiney hineys...wish us luck!
