Default 90 Yamaha Help

I have a 1997 90 HP Yamaha that is not pizzing good. I changed the impeller and wear plate a few weeks ago and it worked fine. Took a little ride on the river without any issues. However a week later I went to Toledo and when I cranked the motor to take it off the trailer it was barely pizzing again. I have pretty much ruled out the thermostat by removing it and the tube isn't plugged. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

Run a small wire up the pee hole, may be partially plugged, check the bypass valve, may be stuck open.
