I really like the inspira and epixor spinning reels...I have been using them for about 10 yrs now and have absolutely no complaints. For the money you just cant beat them. I have used them while wade fishing and have had them completely submerged, and they are still silky smooth after a good rinsing. Never used the rods or their baitcasting reels so can't vouch for them.

I have the Epixor. Had it for about 7 years. I've used it in the surf many a time and it's been rocked by many a wave. A rinse and squirt of oil and it keeps going strong. The Trio looks nice. Might be my next reel.

I have used the inspira for many years . You are not going to find a better reel in it's price range to stand up to the surf and abuse . like Garfish said, I soak mine in a bucket of fresh water overnight and hit it w/ a little oil and right back in the surf.

all reports seem accurate in supporting my thoughts as well..........
Hear their blue water stuff has stepped up to the task too. |

Cedros phpThumb_generated_thumbnailjpg.png Trios I have 2 trios in the 55 series and 1 on the 40 series I use those for reds and specs and 3 Cedros in the 80 series I use for snapper mangrove and grouper. For the price the best reels I have used. I have fished with several of the high end lever drag and have no complaints. I had a older bait caster that I did not like but I heard they have come a long way with the bait casters. |
