There is no exact distance. The net should be made with some drop back in it. Drop back, that is the lead line is longer than the cork line. On a 16ft net it won't have much, maybe a foot or two.
You don't want the webbing right against the doors but then again you don't want it too far. I would think that about 18" to the first hang would be about right for both top and bottom. If you have a net shop near you or an old shrimper that you can talk to, maybe they could look over your setup and help you out. Warren |
