Default making pogey balls

I saw the evidence of throwing pogey balls out this weekend, and a guy at the campground was nice enough to give me a big bag of it. I was so busy cleaning fish that I didn't think of how to ask how to make them.

Can someone out there help me out?

Mix 3 parts meal 1 part flour. Mix well then ad water slowly until constituency of play doh. Roll into balls.

I do the same I know people that use blood but that's to much trouble for me I just use flour and meal

how big a net can you use in a refuge? I will be going back behind that grand bayou weir. That is a refuge isn't it?
