Default Rockefeller redfish and gators

Made a quick run to the rock after the game today fished from 3:30 till 5:30. Tide was super low, about 2 foot lower than normal. Tried the deep lake canals first but water was too low to get where I wanted and very muddy. Backtracked and fished the headquarter canal. Riding to the back I counted 12 gators sunning on the mud banks. Caught 7 reds keeping 4. The other 3 where ripped up from what looked like gator teeth. Even had one chase down the biggest red I caught. Was interesting to land them with no net and gators in full pursuit. Caught on natural gulp shrimp on a 1/4 oz jig. I have a pic but I cannot post them for some reason. Very few people out there it was nice, only saw 2 other boats.

Nothing wrong with that.....I wish they would let people launch kayaks or small boats off price lake road....that marsh area looks too good and you can't get to most of it.

i know maybe u can ask the game warden if its allowed to be able to put in a kayak cux i dont see anything wrong with doing that. there alot of good spots to get to cux i usually look around where i fish at and i seen some good spots where it wud produce some good fishing .
