Headed to Elton for Thanksgiving and want to fish

Headed to the wife's family Thanksgiving tonight and was wanting to try to fish somewhere tomorrow. Not gonna have the boat. Anyone have any suggestions around Elton, Kinder, Eunice, Jennings, etc.. for some bank fishing? Would like catfish or perch. Thanks in advance for any info
