Has any body madw their own windshield? Mine is short and now cracked:banghead:

It looks to be 3/16 th thick. Could you use Lexan or acrylic? And can you heat and bend either of those?

Call Custom mold and tint in Monticello Arkansas. You can probably get one made and shipped to you for around $100

I made one for a golf cart with acrylic....used a heat gun and a piece of tubing to shape it.
