It looks to be 3/16 th thick. Could you use Lexan or acrylic? And can you heat and bend either of those? Thanks Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I317 using Tapatalk 2 |

I made one for a golf cart with acrylic....used a heat gun and a piece of tubing to shape it.

seems like it would be pretty simple. What did you use to cut the Acrylic?
