cooking a gravy as we speak doing HW  other than the last part. gonna be a nice day windows and doors open to soak up this weather whats everyone else got

i wanted to cook gumbeaux, but i didnt have any chicken all i had was some steak and smoked sausage from chadeauxs
my little brother works there and hooks me up with all the meat i want. prolly cook a gumbo wed.

Got the windows open as well, watching ESPN right now then going to my mom and dad's, mom cooked a crawfish etoufee, can't miss that! Might go run my boat a little while since the weather is so awesome and listen to the game on the radio. WHO DAT
