Default Needs a little work

My 25hp needs service on the carb and water pump, does anyone know a place that does good work for a decent price? Someone recommended Perez marine to me, anyone have an experience there?

No experience there. Where do you live? I bring my boat to the prop shop in Lafayette. Stay away from master marine and blacks

I live in Lafayette and the motor is an 85 evinrude. I talked to the guy at prop shop but he couldnt give me a direct answer, said "oh a carb job'll cost somewhere around 275." Perez told me $50 for a single carb.

Yeah not many people work on the older OMC's anymore. My buddy that keeps his boat in cypremort point uses perez and as far as I know he does good work.
