Rat shot, wont kill them but will keep them from coming back. Or you could just call the pound like Top Dawg mentioned.

It's not the dogs fault so killing or hurting them really doesn't solve the problem of idiot owners. Catch them in the morning with treats if needed and call the dog popo. If they have collars call the owners and inform them of what you did so they can bail their dogs out of the pokey. You will be met with resistance but Do Not loose your temper. Ask them if you pissed on their plants every morning if they would call the popo.

Might also fix said dog/dogs a snack; ham roll up with a generous portion of cayenne pepper in the middle. Dogs are place conscientious and remember where bad things happened. They eat the roll up and $hit Roman candles all day long, pissing won't enter their minds when they pass that bush again. Please forward $1,000 salty cash to my account for this jewel of advise.

Electric fence wrapped the wire around the tree turn it on low. That'll get their attention. It worked for me. My neighbors dog would pee on my wife's roses. I ran the wire cose to the bushes and turned it on. That dog crosses the road when he comes by my house now.

Ground up moth balls is worth a try, the smell will keep them away. It worked for me once.

I'll one up ya. My co-worker came up with the 7-pot primo. Look it up. Last batch he tested was around 1.4 million scoville. I can get some powder if you want. For human consumption of course. Lol

They use to make a spray that you can get at Home Depot, Lowes, etc in the garden center dept. Not sure what is in it but spray it on the area you don't want the dogs to be in and they seem to avoid this stuff. Next thing the Cayenne Pepper sprinkled over the area keeps them out.
