I'm dieting but I eat my carbs during the day, oatmeal, brown rice, sweet potato are all acceptable carbs, I limit the carbs I take in after I get off work in the evenings and I try to eat limit the food I eat to chicken breast and greens, and occasionally a serving of greek yogurt for dessert because its got plenty protein and enough sweetness to satisfy my sweet tooth! been doing this the last month and already lost 15lds, I also have been doing some cardio in the gym for 20 minutes 3-5x a week.

any grocery store chobani greek yogurt has 15-20grams of protein in a serving, I buy mine from target, or walmart usually $1 a serving.

I've been on a low card high protein diet as well and I keep the fridge full of greek yogurt at home and at the office. It's my mid day or mid evening snack. Not many calories and lots of protein. Good stuff.

I follow paleo fairly close but have a few thinks I eat that isn't "paleo". Worked out for a long time and never saw "ripped" results. Changed my diet and my stomach looks better than ever. I do crossfit as well. Once you start it's just addicting. Y'all should check a free class out on Saturdays.

I run all my fighters on the paleo diet.. Also I am very strict on it and I love it.. It's the fated way to slim down your stomach.. No dairy no breads just protein!

It for sure will get you ripped and looking good with a good workout! Now since we train for fights we are 90% cardio and burning cals the whole time
