Broiled this flounder a couple hours after i got back from the trip with getonfish. You shoulda took one of them flounders dude......it was perfect. Simply seasoned with spicy tex-joy and fresh lemon juice, then brushed with a worcestershire/butter sauce. Served it with a deer sausage dirty rice and steamed zuccs, squash, and carrots. Dinners like that keep the ole lady from complaining too much about my fishing addiction
