The Roux (Cooking/BBQ/Recipes) What good is a cajun site without a cooking and recipe forum?

Default Bon Temps

It seems like they have quite a few streak connoisseurs on salty cajun, so I would like to recommend giving Bon Temps a try. Got a ribeye first time and it was the best steak i've eaten from a restaurant. Thought it might have been a fluke so I tried the fillet for lunch today and same outcome, awesome. I've paid upwards of 50$ at upscale restaurants for inferior steaks to theirs. You will pay no where near that for their food and it has that small town atmosphere with a rather large selection of beer. Its located in lafayette off of verot school rd. in the old "crawfish time"? building.
